Sitting in a bar or restaurant watching the world go by is THE favourite activity in Puerto Banus, you'll be treated to an endless  stream of Ferrari's, Lambo's, Bentley's and celebrity spotting is a great way to while away the hours. Only the yacht owners get to drive here, the rest walk so it's safe for the children. 

Puerto Banus is the most exclusive and most expensive area in the whole of Spain. However, being based at Sun Park means you can  get there in 12 minutes by car and enjoy the hustle and bustle without paying the premium for staying there. Also, you don't get the noise, this place parties ALL night! Some of the world's most expensive super yachts are moored here, within touching distance.

Probably the most famous bar in the area, Sinatra's is the place to see and be seen. It's always busy, but you must visit just to stand and rub shoulders with the rich and famous. When you've had enough, Sun Park is within easy reach of Estepona and San Pedro for a more reasonable and Spanish night out!

The nearest beach bar and restaurant to Sun Park is the famous "Heaven",  Only five minutes away, the food here is gorgeous and reasonable, try the Swordfish steaks. Vietnamese pot bellied pigs stroll around outside, and if there's a fiesta on, join in! Heaven charge around 12 euros which includes food and drink and a beach barbie 'til the early hours!

Other attractions for the children when they get bored with the sea, sand and swimming within easy reach are the excellent water  parks at Torremelinos and Fuengirola, well worth a visit during the week, but very busy at weekends with the locals! Also there is the Tivoli Theme park for another day out, full of the usual river rapids,  roller coasters etc.

It's not all booze and bars here though, the Costa del Sol has some of the most spectacular scenery in Spain. You can drive to the  top of Elephant mountain in Estepona and see incredible views of Spain, Gibraltar and even Africa, with the Atlas mountains of Morocco clearly visible. Day trips to the shopping haven of Gibraltar are easily  arranged.
